This innovative style of door brings a whole new light to lightweight doors. With its unique tubular core it significantly reduces the weight of the door whilst still maintaining the strength and reliability that you would expect out of a solid core door. All non-rated doors manufactured by Radiant conform to Australian Standard AS2688.

The tubular core reduces the weight from a standard solid HMR core door by 46%.

The Moisture Resistance (MR) core provides the door with structural strength and exceptional flatness.

Full coat internal contact adhesive forms a permanent bond for facings.

Internal edge rails to all four sides means no visible joins on the door faces. MDF facing provide a smooth surface for final finishes i.e. paint.

It can be used in an acoustic environment with the 35mm door reaching a 26db rating and 28db for a 40mm door.

35mm or 40mm general purpose flush design this is a moderate to high use door type, designed for heavy commercial / residential use.
